Today is a wonderful day. As i look back on how God has set me up to do so much for the Cg, I am just so amazed. I used to be very short tempered, and I dislike youths, because I feel that youths are very fickle minded, 5-min HOTNESS... (that was the past le , about 2-3 year ago ... please forgive me :D)
But as time goes by, God showed me the good side of youths. Youths are on fire, they are daring to try new things. they are moudable and teachable. I just feel that God has slowly showed me another side of the picture. Youths are often used by God in the Bible. Youths are strong, they can be very influential. Youths have the energy to fight.. God set me up to discover all these. And now, i am really in love with the youths in the CG. They are just awsome people, that sometimes I am so amazed at the amout of faith they have towards God.
Today I learnt about Missions!!
Spirit of missions--> the attitude and lifestyle that is ready and willing to die for the lost souls out there that needs Jesus..There is no lack of POWER in heaven, but lack of WORKERS on earth, so here I AM , send mi God..I am sure many of you see me very touched by God when pastor talks about China. This is because God has placed a vision and a calling in me to go to China on the 1st day of Bible school. I was on Bus 154 to MacPherson.. When I saw many of them really hungry for God, that they are even willing to go to jail and even die for believing in Jesus. In a communist country like this, it is really heard, and so, we should never take our SINGAPOPore's free-religion policy for granted..where we are free to worship Jesus here in Singapore. When the Loes spoke to me, I teared on the bus. I did not care about the others, I was having a private moment with the Lord on theis bus. This is a day i will never forget, and this is why i am so passionate towards China.
My prayer is that all of us in the CG will always have a spirit of mission, that is always ready to do anything for the lost souls out there.
